Maybe a little too metrosexual

I have been having a laugh lately with a colleague of mine (who is female) as we have both been wearing similar clothes at work...similar black mac, similar maroon trousers, similar coloured cords, etc. Well, this morning I was dropping off the boys at school/nursery...it was pouring rain so I was trying to move about quickly...I had Leo in the push chair and was almost running, pushing him, while I had my hood up. I was wearing an orange jacket, maroon trousers and orange gloves. The lollipop man, who I waited on to come and guide me over the road (because that is the law with him)...says.."alright Mum, you can go"...when he heard "cheers" back in a lower tone than he expected I could hear him apologise as I ran up the road with Leo, killing myself laughing. Maybe my orange jacket looks a bit salmon pink in some light...
