Tree Fuchsia

Fuchsia arborescens, almost evergreen, been in the greenhouse all winter. Rooted cuttings given to me last year, by a friend. Saw one in Golden Square in the centre of London about 5 feet high. Don't think it would survive outside in Surrey.
