Bank holiday BBQ

Spent the day slowly cooking side dishes and a vegan cake for tonight's BBQ, in-between having a lie down with my ice pack on my back.

Managed to spend a bit of time with our guests.

What's app-ed my sisters which was nice.

Won't be able to make work tomorrow... So it'll be the GP and osteopath again. Fingers crossed for a more effective osteopath. I still haven't been able to settle on one since my fantastic one, that treated me over twenty years, retired.
