Ferrocerium rod

Non stop heavy rain like most of the country , flooded roads all the way to work and back, least I only have a half day left to work :) .
It didnt get light till around ten am and I have been avoiding going out so have been messing with some effects this evening , these are 3000 degree C sparks cast by a ferrocerium striker very handy for lighting the fire.
