Hawdraw Force

Bank Holiday Monday 22nd April 2019

A gloriously warm and sunny bank holiday! We took a scenic drive out to Hawes and stopped at Hawdraw Force for a little walk. Not too much water in at the moment. We enjoyed a little picnic along by the river then drove down the Buttertubs Pass and back up again.  Why? Because I love the scenery on that road from both directions. We stopped in Hawes for an ice cream and sat in the sun for a while before returning home by a slightly different route. Lovely scenery all round and a very pleasant day.
