Trig point Terrier......

Dry and warm again.
First breakage of the day by 7.30 when the top gate hinge for one of the big yard gates snapped off. So once cattle were fed managed to find a big bit of threaded rod and nipped down to my local friendly contractor to get him to weld it with his mig welder as my big stick welder has stopped working and my wee one keeps blowing fuses.
Also drilled another 2 holes through the shed post and bolted the hinge with a couple of extra 13” bolts salvaged from old telephone poles. Sorted !
An afternoon spent stripping tyres from the top of the silage pit next door then loading a trailer with the waste off the top of the face. Took it up to a dung midden and went to check on the trees in the replanted wood while I was up there.
This trig point is in the corner at the top. It made a good look out post for a certain Terrier !
