Vegetarian lunch

We had some dough left from jiaozi making yesterday - mainly the purple one with a small amount of white. So we rolled them together simply and sliced them. The effect looked like bacon, as many said, especially when we used fried tomato sauce. That hotdog-looked chunks were also vegetarian substitute.

Really yummy!
