Workout
I've taken it upon myself to get a bit fitter. Mainly due to the fact I've got a membership for the college's gym and not using it. Also, with my job comes a bit of weight gain. I'll put this down to the sedentary type of work done and leave it at that.
However, this week I've made a concerted effort before we break up to:
* 2 spin classes in which i managed (for the most part) to hold my own.
* 1 weight training program set up (reviewed again in January!)
* Rowing, Running and cycling a decent distance too.
Its Thursday and there isn't a muscle group that isn't hurting tonight.
