A record breaking run of seeing Pensioner for the 5th successive Saturday!

I cycled up to Hers and She donned maroon and pink hues ahead of a midday kick off for Hertz v The Rangers. Neill at the bike shop was unable to attend so kindly offered his season tickets and as She'd not been to a game in years deigned to chum me.
We dodged the hordes as we biked out and were glad of the shady aspect we enjoyed on a glorious summer's day.
Hertz made 2 unforced mistakes in the first half and both resulted in goals for the Gers. 
In the third minute into the second half a quarter of the Hearts fans stood up and left as Rangers again scored with ease. The pub appealed more than 42 minutes more of a team with nothing to play for ( expect the Cup Final against the other Ugly Sister of Scottish football...If Hertz approach that game the same way they did this then they should put Celtic's name on the Cup now!)

Declining the offer of a pint instead we hot footed it to Granton on the bikes and sat awhile on the beach, armed with a cold beer. 

And homeward as evening came around. For lamb skewers with a yoghurt mint turmeric garlic chilli marinade and a tabulleh type side.

Some TV of no real note as we enjoyed a quiet evening in.
