Autumn from my Terrace

Sorry same as a few days ago but perhaps a bit more depth of colour. Went for a gentle walk this afternoon to see if it would free my back a bit and I thinkit has helped a little. Back to the Physio tomorrow and we will see how that goes. Very aggravating I have so much I want to be doing.
