Warmer or cooler??

Digital group today and we looked at this tutorial.  How to change an image and make it warmer or cooler.  A very interesting tutorial.  

I added a light in the warm version but did nothing to remove the effect on the skin.  I adjusted the skin tones in the cool version but did not add a light!
