tea break

This is Mary, one of the volunteers at the cardio-pulmonary gym that I belong to.  After an hour or so of huffing and puffing (us not her) she provides us with a well deserved cup of tea.

The gym is developing a new website and I've been asked to provide some photos of some of the staff.  The extra shows three of our health care professionals; as well as exercise leaders, they're also specialists in heart and lung rehabilitation.  They are lovely people.
