Moussaka

This was my kitchen yesterday after attempting moussaka. It wasn't bad but needed more seasoning. I couldn't give it my full attention either because I was distracted by kittens wandering in the garden. Not to mention Bully, our kind of adopted maniac cat, who was stoating about with a mouse hanging out of his mouth.

In other news, I've come out of hibernation a wee bit with my art. I've been a bit quiet lately although I've been creating like crazy, but just for myself. I now have two paintings going into an exhibition, I've sold two and I've got two commissions. Oh and I plucked up the courage to send an email somewhere today asking if I could use their space for an exhibition. We'll see :-)
