Lahmacum

we traveled two hours on the autoban to gaziantep, formerly an ancient Hittite city, that is near the euphrates river and the syrian border. one of the best things about the city is that it is the place where the best pistachios nuts in the world are grow. Also famous for its baklava and it's lahmacum or "gaziantep pizza" which is minced meat and minced onions and other veggies, but no cheese.

josh and ayse (our son and daughter-in-law) said ithe lahmacum was delicious.
