Managed half hour in the office before getting a call from brother's carer to say he was unwell and had called a ambulance. Dashed up got there before the ambulance, thankfully he agreed to go to the hospital as looked like he has a abdominal bleed. Lots to clear up and get new stuff as just chucked it all away.
