Cold enough to make you feel sorry for the pigeons

Miserable weather again today, and predictions are of different, but equally foul weather to come. Saw this and felt sympathy for these two, poor buggers sitting out, potentially frozen to a branch....then remembered the damage the alpha male specimen achieved within the flat a couple of years back having flown in through an open window. Quite apart from the plants and earth strewn onto the floor, it was a miracle that none of the windows gave way to his incessant head-banging! Sympathy is lessening!
