Deterrent

Lots of interaction with the estate agent today after dropping the price yesterday. It seems I know his job better than he does as I told him I thought it was listed at too much originally but he insisted it wasn't. Two viewings in the first three weeks, five lined up in the last two days.

Other than that it's been a day of meetings, phone calls and emails. Same old same old really. WI tonight, another meeting but a fun one this time.

The sticks are across the olive tree tub to act as a cat deterrent. They don't seem to work.
