Emily loves Dave today. In fact, she's been consistently nice to him for some time.

After swimming three times a week for just over a month I achieved my target of swimming a mile. The exercise and saunas have really helped with my spondyloarthropathy. The dogs are reaping the benefits too with longer and faster walks.

My friends and I went to the cinema to watch A Private War. It wasn't an easy film to watch but we were glad we went.
