Forth Valley Artbeat-Open Studios-10 years

Great excitement today. Our brochures for Forth Valley Artbeat-Open Studios- have arrived.
 
And this year is special because it’s our tenth anniversary, and we remain the single biggest cultural event in the Forth Valley, no small achievement, with around 100 artists taking part.
 
Many of us are opening own studios  while others have grouped together and hired pop-up spaces.
 
 
What’s more we have done this without a penny of public funding. 
 
The whole enterprise is totally self-funding due to the carful management by our volunteer co-ordinator Avril Nicol who runs this in addition to her own gallery in Edinburgh.
 
ForthValley Artbeat will run from 8-16 June.
