KONTRA LUTE GUITAR?

Don't actually know how to call this truly beautiful instrument - it's at least a hundred years old... If you look at the back (extra) you can see it was built as a lute. Thing is, it's strung as a Kontra Guitar with four sub bass strings.

Unfortunately it got "repaired" by a cowboy who wouldn't know a swallow from an amazon & used the wrong glues in the wrong places & committed many more gormless atrocities.
