Ouch!!!!!!

Knocked my arm on the cupboard door and I have such fragile skin it don't just cut it tears and rolls back like a sausage skin
I have had cellulitis twice with this type of wound so I popped to see a nurse at the docs
She has put a special dressing on it that I have to change on Sunday and then on Wednesday
Then it should have healed hopefully without anti biotics
My skin is so bloody thin now it's like paper so she has told me to moisturise with zerobase and to use it instead of soap
Oh uck ......
