Keukenhof

We started early to a visit at the famous Keukenhof.
It's a fabulous park. It's only open for 8 weeks in spring. Than more than 7 million tulips, daffodils and hyacinths fill over 32 hectares with colour and fragrance. It's a celebration of colours and shapes. 
This year theme was "Flower Power" (1st extra)

Claude and Sheila were very happy about the theme and they were excited like us about the tulips.
The variations of the flowers were breathtaking. (2nd extra)
No, I've not enough extras to show all this beauty.
But I like to show Omo in the 3rd extra. People from all over the world wanted to pet or photograph him. I think he in on several hundred photos and selfies now. He was a very gentil giant to everyone, but he was totally exhausted after some hours.
After a short visit at the tulip fields (4th extra) we used the last dry hours for a break at the beach. We all enjoyed the beach (see Claude and Sheila in the 5th extra) and we just left before the rain started.
