Khao Sok

A 7km hike in the jungle this morning to get the sweat going was a hot start tot he day. We hiked up to a waterfall and had a nice swim but then only had 15minutes to do the 3.5km back to the lodge to check out. I think I managed to lose about 3 stone in that time.
It was a lovely walk though with amazing views and not too many leeches that took so much of my blood a few days ago. Leeches are not harmful but they do make a dramatic effect. They add anticoagulant to the bites so will about ten on my legs I looked like I had been shot with blood covering my trousers.
