The brilliant Green Hairstreak...

had just emerged down at the dragonfly lochan. Their food plant is the Blaeberry and this is in flower now. The extra is the lochan and the 'stripes' looked unusual and spectacular.
Too soon for damsel and dragonflies yet.
A lovely sunny day again.
