Cat in Window!

Took the car into have the gearstick checked.  Don, the mechanic, couldn’t find anything wrong with the gears.  We decided that I had trouble with the gearstick because I was wearing new shoes at the time and they have soles twice the thickness of the shoes I normally drive in!  Sigh of relief  -  and no charge for the examination plus free car wash! Had a walk around Brechin while awaiting verdict  -  it’s full of empty shops and gloomy lanes, but interesting nevertheless.  One of the back lanes I walked down had mostly empty buildings, or, like in my blip, buildings that seemed empty but had someone or thing living in it.  This white cat was sitting in one such window and just had to be blipped.  It wouldn’t sit still for me, but I think I managed a reasonable blip behind all that dust and cobwebs.  All’s back to normal now  -  shed painted, grass cut and pouring with rain.  Oh, just seen the message it is my 2,000th blip  -  good job I called in at Lidls for a bottle of red on my way home☺
