from the local Co-Op but quite reasonable actually. Needed after a busy day seeing the Triage Nurse re my torn calf muscle and then to buy the required Nyloc nuts to finish the bit of my granddaughters project. Back home to get all wrapped and the out again to post. Back home to do physio with Luce by which time it was time to start cooking! I hope tomorrow does not require so much effort.
