Asleep

This is Bailey's first thing on a Thursday morning pose. He was actually required to wake up at this point to go for a walk but was very reluctant. Sleep is a bit of an issue this week. I'm getting used to being back at work and Bailey is keener on lie-ins than he is on early nights. No doubt we'll settle back into our routine soon. 

My Thursday on paper is not quite so busy but the reality was a bit different. Just under 14 000 steps done today, a drenching on the field at lunchtime and full sunshine at the end of the day as we saw the buses off. Quite a few bits still to do at the end of the day but I got home eventually and walked Bailey in the dry - which was better than his dog walker had managed based on his soggy lead.
