Tulip Friday

Since becoming part of a new super council I have been asked to extend my patrol duties to Christchurch, which is just down the road from me.  Today was a blast from the past as I crossed children from my old senior school.  I reported some lousy parking and there was consternation when a couple of PCSOs turned up and started issuing fines.  I don't think they've seen officialdom since the days of traffic wardens.
