Hurdle

A full day at the hospital today.

Clinic was first and the results are still good.  Still get nervous, I don't think that will change until I'm further down the line.

And then one of the final hurdle to overcome was the removal of my stent.  The operation was done under local anaesthetic, but it didn't half bring tears to your eyes.  I was able to hold one of the hands of the nurses, so when I felt I bit of a discomfort I could squeeze her hand.  Her hand might be badly bruised tonight.  Lol!

But it's out and all is good.  I've got to go back next week though, as people can sometimes have problems when it's removed.  No signs of that at the moment.  Fingers crossed.
