Junction

Second days at conferences are usually better, and today was no exception. I gave my talk and three people were genuinely interested. I also went to a few good talks.

I walked to the conference venue using the canal this morning, and it was great to see a junction (where the Digbeth Branch Canal terminates, and meets the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal) with a sign indicating numbers of locks as well as distances.
