Pedal on Parliament

This year’s event - to reinforce the importance of safe cycling and pedestrian routes in our city to our MSPs was part of a series of events happening across the country today. Our local MSP joined this walk/cycle from Porty Central to St John’s and Duddingston Primaries.

Despite the rain it was very well attended. It was also good to catch up with fellow Blipper Jon’s Page who was covering this event too! (I was there for the next edition of The Portobello Reporter.)

Later, gardening, conference calls and voluntary shifts in town concluded another busy week.
