Finished!!

The quilt for a first birthday is finished, in good time!!!

The plan is for J to have Peter Rabbit, his carrots and lettuce whilst he is little and when he is bigger he can have the foxes, rabbits, badgers and bears to talk to!! His mum is a fan of foxes and I’m sure he will follow on!!

We headed over to R’s to plant up some perennials. We dug in some of the home made compost and mulched with the vegetation that we shredded recently.

It was a bit of injury prone day. A smacked foot with a spade, a thump on the head from the closing car boot and abdominal pain whilst planting out. Non serious.....just slowed up the process.

We collected the girls for the weekend and took them to the vets for their kennel cough protection. It should have been done when they were at the vets recently, but wasn’t.....mis -communication!!
