It Sunk

These floods are a terrible inconvenience for many people - but they fill up Poppy's pond beautifully.

Poppy was looking at me with a very disgruntled look. On our walk she found a manky ball and carried it around the nature trail in anticipation of some fun 'retrieving' when we reached the pond at the end.

However, it plunged to the murky depths never to be seen again.

It appears that I got the blame.
