Desperate measures.

Saw this in a local garden centre and considered acquiring one to try and prevent a neighbour's cat from occasionally using our lawn as a toilet. All other measures have failed so a small Alligator might do the trick. I think this one could be cheap to run, but is a South Devon garden the right place for it?
