Warming up

A lunchtime trip into Edinburgh to deliver Evan to the Commonwealth Pool for a swimming event. While he was warming up (extra) Mrs Rex and me took ourselves off in search of a coffee and sandwich for lunch and returned in time to watch Evan do two personal best times in both his events. Of course this deserved a reward in the form of a Big Mac and a McFlurry on the way home.

Those empty calories my come back to haunt him.
