Eventful day. Max and I took part in the Pedal on Parliament Pop up event to try out various chicanes (see extra). We had it easy, just normal sized bikes. There was also tandems, cargo bikes and bikes with trailers. The weather was fine and we had some fun. I must say I preferred the big protest. It is good to be loud and seen. Maybe both popups and big protest? Still, need to keep the pressure.

Max and I continued cycling via Portobello down to Leith to visit the open doors day at the Customs House. Some cool galleries and ateliers. Max wanted to have a chat with the Explorer guys.

We took a detour to avoid the steep hills home and cycled via the Roseburn Path and the canal home.
