Fresh and flavoursome

Aha! The sun came out today! So the garden, though soggy, was looking a bit more interesting, and a walk around it reminded me that various herbs were still around. Two varieties of thyme are growing here, ready for picking when it is time to make the turkey stuffing! I usually make two, one with chestnuts and the second with lemon and thyme.
All shopping done now, only the turkey to collect on Christmas Eve.......and a plump chicken in the freezer just in case we are marooned again!
