Beauty (& the Beast)

The snow began this afternoon, and admittedly - it's beautiful! The flakes are huge and they fall softly like a feather floating on air. The trees are coated white and the world truly is "beginning to look a lot like Christmas". The kids are anxiously awaiting for school cancellations in the morning....

The Beast of it all - it isn't forecasted to stop until Thursday! That means, long hours for BJ at work, poor driving conditions for me, and perhaps an early mini-vacation for the kids?

For now, I'll embrace the beauty and deal with the beast when it rears its ugly head!
