Feeling a bit better, but now Mr F has gone down with my cold!

The photo is of my youngest son and his fiancée who are running the London Marathon, and next week the Belfast Marathon! They applied for both to increase their chances of getting one, but got both!
They've been training hard and we'll be glued to the tv hoping for a sight of them whilst following their progress online, I really admire their dedication to their preparation for this in the midst of all the wedding prep going on, and they are raising money too!
