Sunny Sunday

This morning's walk was down to the school to pick up pears under an old pear tree in the school grounds. The school was shifted to its present site in the mid-1950s and the pear tree is all that remains of an orchard planted by the previous owners of the property.
Extra: A fantail on a branch of the pear tree surrounded by the green and yellow  leaves of an adjacent liquidamber.
