Chilled Amazon Deliveries?

Amazon Logistics - great for getting you goods in super quick time, however some of their "self employed" couriers have some strange transport options.
Purely conjecture, but when I saw this my first thought was that this person finished his run from say the Fish market and picked up a run from Amazon for the afternoon. 
Who knows, but still a strange carriage for your Amazon purchases!
