Not sure what "that" is.

A quick trip up to the south lakes today to pick up a glass that Liz has had engraved for me. It's engraved to celebrate my recent completion of the "Birketts" and goes with my other two for completing the "Nuttalls" and the "Waingrights".
While in the area we decided to have lunch at the Hawkeshead Brewery and came across this sign, not sure what "that" is meant to be but at the time it wasn't doing anything. Not sure if "thats" what its meant to do. Nothing.
