Bleeding hearts

A day off filled with lovely things - a haircut, coffee with Clare and my first osteopath appointment. Apparently I am borderline hyper-mobile and peri menopausal. Which is nice.

This evening was the Sea Scout AGM in which I resigned as group treasurer. I’d like to say this is all part of cutting back on doing too much but it’s actually so I can go into uniform as an Explorer leader. Frying pan and fire spring to kind.
