FTTH - owt for nowt

Back in October 2017, we inhabitants of 69 isolated houses in the parish were told we were to become ultra-fast broadband& work would start in October 2018 to lay the cable to the individual houses & by now we would be surfing at 100MB or more.

What has happened so far? ....Nowt. Except in the middle of fields a few holes have been dug with cables sticking out and never anybody at work to be seen.

At least the sun has reappeared.
