Fank

We walked up to the fank this afternoon, I wanted to check how the bluebells were doing.  Unfortunately there were hardly any, don't know if it is too early but seems unlikely as they are out everywhere else on Mull.  I did see evidence of their leaves so maybe the plants are not yet mature enough to flower.  Anyway it was lovely to visit the fank again, and good to spend some time remembering Emma who died in 2014 before her project was realised. The extra is part of a sculpture by her friend Andrea Geile.
