Peebles from Jedderfield
It has been a lovely day which meant I did a bit of gardening. So much of our garden needs tidying up, I am just trying to reclaim as much as I think I can maintain this year. I will try and do the rest over the next couple of summers - although some of it it will still remain wild. I have had a couple of heucheras in the garden for a few years now. They haven’t died but they haven’t thrived either. I spoke to a man at a nursery in Melrose last week about them and he advised me to move them to partial shade and feed them seaweed and iron - I did this and guess what they are looking healthier than they have done since I first planted them.
This evening we had a walk near Neidpath Castle where I took my picture
