A good night’s sleep and no run for me this morning.  Instead I started reading a new book, then after a few chores I went out for a walk in the sunshine,to see how I was feeling.  Thankfully only my sore bits are sore now – the rest of my aches have gone.  It was a really lovely morning and nice to be out for a walk for a change.   The boys had had an early start for football, so were home by the time I got back.  TT was in the garden, BB was complaining that his body was aching – that was mainly due to yesterday’s rugby.

After lunch in the garden, we went for a lovely walk from Pencraig to Hailes Caste, East Linton and then back to Pencraig.  It was glorious and East Lothian was looking lovely in the sunshine.  It was home via the supermarket, I was on tea and TT was back in the garden.  BB had cello practice.

We then had a quiet evening.

The views over East Lothian were amazing today – it was so clear.  I also liked the bluebell wood (extra).
