This is a book I copy-edited, it’s my favourite job ever, massive and beautiful. I’m surprised to see that it's been ten years since it was published. At the time, I thought, we seem to have known about this forever and look at how parts of the world are suffering already and people who point it out are still seen as the lunatic fringe. There is a sea change now.
