West Beach

Having been working and travelling for a chunk of Saturday I headed off after church to North Berwick with shopping for my mother. A list of tasks and errands was rewarded with home made soup and a filled roll.

When out and about I had the chance to look on to the West Beach. Despite the sunshine the air had that edge of haar to it that meant most people had jerseys or anoraks on.

Back mid afternoon to dig over a bed in the garden and plant a few onions, leeks and gladioli. Prepare for the weather to turn cooler now!

Then up to my aunt with her stores: fewer than normal as she is under the weather. Evening spent preparing for Monday at work - and Line of Duty.
