The Prize and The Happy Chappie...............

......................who had just won the big prize at a club lunch!! I don't think I have ever seen anyone so pleased with something! He told me it was the first time in his life he had ever won anything and could hardly contain himself. His Wife was almost in tears! I found the whole scenario surprisingly moving. Such a small thing to give such pleasure.

Another rather miserable day that cleared up around late afternoon.
